My Review:

Genre: Christian suspense, romance, fiction.

My Rating: 4 and 1/2 stars.

Recommendation: 16 up, warnings below.

My favorite character is: I loved reading about Kate and her job, I’ve never read a book from the point of view of a negotiator and I liked the glimpse into negotiator.

My Verse for Kate is 1 John 4:19

We love him, because he first loved us. (King James Version.)

And Dave is a pretty great hero and I enjoyed the first time he enters The Negotiator!

My thoughts: I had forgotten how much I love this series! And it was just as good as I remembered, I may have loved them even more since it was my first reread of them since I first read them twoish years ago. I also forgot how good Henderson is at pulling readers into her novels and making them want to know what happens next.

While I love the O’Malley series it doesn’t have the best editing and at times has a little weak grammar, they are still one of my favorite series and this is my second time reading them and I enjoyed rereading them and picking up on things I may have missed in my first read of the series.

I like the family bond that each of the O’Malleys has to their siblings and the jokes that they often pull on each other.

Warnings: Some mentions of blood, wounds, abuse, and harming others as well as stalkers.

Have you read Dee Henderson’s books? If so which is your favorite? If not why?
